Excellent! I had done my research by the time I got to Dave, but he won the business over the phone simply by being a straight talker and a no B.S kind of guy. Parkview was by no means the closest BMW dealership to me, but he made my decision to go out of my way an easy one. It was worth the drive for the best deal and top notch service! The continued follow up to see how I'm liking the car is much appreciated and a step above most other dealerships. Raul Alexa also deserves a mention as he was extremely helpful and available after the sale for any troubleshooting. Excellent experience, again. Dave made the process of buying a new car as easy and stress free as it could possibly be. At no point during the experience did I doubt weather or no Dave made the process of buying a new car as easy and stress free as it could possibly be. He even facilitated the pick up process for me when I was having issues scheduling the pick up. (something he is technically not required to do).
