I'm giving this dealership a 5 star rating because this is the 3rd vehicle I've bought in 3 years from them. I brought my 2017 Silverado truck into service because the transmission and A/C weren't working. is the 3rd vehicle I've bought in 3 years from them. I brought my 2017 Silverado truck into service because the transmission and A/C weren't working. The service advisor, Santia Antrilli was instrumental in explaining my options and cost of repairs. Because of her, I decided to buy a 2026. Tony Dillard is a great sales representative. Third time buying from him. Got me approved and out with my new 2026 Colorado in no time. Well done! The Elkins family should be very proud of them. I give them my stamp of approval. More

My 2012 Equinox had a problem that took six weeks to fix. It was because my parts were on back order! Being a former employee of another dealership I knew what to expect. My service writer was Dave who did It was because my parts were on back order! Being a former employee of another dealership I knew what to expect. My service writer was Dave who did everything in his power to get my parts! He kept me updated on the progress. I was very happy when I left! I will not hesitate to bring my car or my 18 Silverado back to Elkins! More
