Waited 2 hours and they didn’t even look at my truck. Finally after 2 hours said would be another 2 to 3 hours. This was on a new truck we purchased was 1st oil change and inspection. Which I think sh Finally after 2 hours said would be another 2 to 3 hours. This was on a new truck we purchased was 1st oil change and inspection. Which I think should be done in 2 hours. Terrible to have to wait that long. Then I asked for rental since it would be even longer and said they didn’t have any That is not good customer service I’m sorry More

Brought my truck in for service waited 2 hours for service and tire rotation. Checked my truck non of the grease fittings were touched the tires were 20 pounds low on air the light on the dash kept co service and tire rotation. Checked my truck non of the grease fittings were touched the tires were 20 pounds low on air the light on the dash kept coming on for low tire air. I checked my oil it was half a quart low. I checked the front and rear diff fluid and the rear was a QUART and a half low and the front diff was half a quart low. This is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed. More

I've been a customer here since 2012 and have always been treated with respect and friendliness. I was recently there for the annual state inspection. The work was completed in a timely manner and the servic treated with respect and friendliness. I was recently there for the annual state inspection.
