I had been hesitating to get rid of my old Subaru, but after talking with him, it was time to let go of the old girl. The test drive of the CX-5 was the funnest I've ever had. We drove around Candlewood back roads and the SUV handled like a car! He made it painless and easy. His manager Roy was so great in getting me the best financing and really looked out for my best interest. I'm so over the moon happy with the whole gang at Colonial that I've already sent two often girlfriends who bought with Adam and Roy. These guys treat you like friends and not walking ATMs! Service + I was searching for a car for my daughter, who lives in N.Y. I live in Ma. and came upon what seemed like the perfect car, but it was in CT. I drove I was searching for a car for my daughter, who lives in N.Y. I live in Ma. and came upon what seemed like the perfect car, but it was in CT. I drove 1 hr, 45 minutes to this dealership, a bit wary at first, because of the drive and all the problems 'out of state' purchases can cause, only to meet up with Cody, Dave & Fred. Cody was our salesperson. He had a total understanding of the car, and was able to explain to us all the details of the car, including maintenance as well as how to use all the bells & whistles that the car came with. He explained the warranty, the history and the value of the car and never once made it seem like he was annoyed with my multitude of questions. He then took the next step, without my asking, that put this dealership and sales team over the top for me. He DELIVERED the car to NY, they got the out of state registration, title, plates together, worked out a time for delivery, then they sat for 20 minutes on a 3 way conversation with the insurance company. I did in one day, what usually takes 3 - 4 days, especially if you're out of state. I wholeheartedly, recommend Cody and the sales team of Fred & Dave at Colonial to anyone who is out of state as well as in state, for service, integrity and top notch cars!! Thank you guys!
