360 Degree 5 Star Experience! The anxiety and excitement I felt walking into Colonial Mazda to purchase my very first car was, to say the least overwhelming. I'm not sure which emo The anxiety and excitement I felt walking into Colonial Mazda to purchase my very first car was, to say the least overwhelming. I'm not sure which emotion I felt more! I had just said goodbye to my car of 11 years and very suddenly needed a replacement, but wasn't quite sure yet if my "oldie but a goodie" could be replaced. Apprehensive and excited, I knew I wanted someone to help me who was sincere, compassionate and in tune with my needs/wants as a first time car buyer, without pushing their own agenda. Little did I know I would find two people who would fulfill this need. I would like to preface I went to several dealerships before I went to Colonial Mazda in Danbury, and I walked out of each one because I didn't feel like it was the right fit...there was always something that didn't feel right. I was going to be making the biggest purchase of my life! But thankfully, Colonial Mazda turned out to be the right fit! When I walked in the door a smiling face behind a desk littered with beautiful family photos and customer satisfaction awards stood up and reached out his hand to introduce himself. His name? Adam Dean. Within a few moments of being with him, I knew I had found the person I would want to work with in purchasing my very first car, so I decided to proceed. I started to relax. Soon after we discussed everything, and he felt he had a good sense of what I was looking for, I test drove the 2016 Mazda CX-3. What a beauty! I knew I had to have it!!! Adam went the distance to make that happen, and despite my nervous energy and millions of questions, he was willing to work with me and break down each step until I understood the car buying process. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was compassionate to my situation. He made me feel right at home. There is nobody I would have preferred to go through this experience with than him. Adam is the kind of person you just can't forget! I also had the pleasure of working with David Adams in management. Immediately he struck me as a friendly down to earth man. He was not only honest, but helpful and humorous. He conveyed he wanted me to be happy, have a stress free experience, and wanted to be sure I felt comfortable with my purchase because he understood it was a very large decision I was making. He delivered. For the stretch of time I felt with him, it was easy to forget I was dealing with management; it was more like dealing with a friend. David is the kind of person you're thankful you came across! I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Mazda CX-3 in Soul Red and I am absolutely in LOVE. She drives like a dream! As a team, Adam and David made the car buying process seamless and fun; I will now be a customer for life. Thank you both for all you did for me! It was my big day and you made me feel like a million bucks. More

My relationship with Jeremy and overall comfort level with the dealership grew over the years, which turned into (not surprisingly) an EASY and great car buying experience. I was introduced to Adam who was my salesmen and it felt like I was buying a car from my friend from the beginning. Adam made the whole experience effortless and really helped me out with my trade in as well as ensuring I got my S-plan pricing on the new vehicle.
