JUST AS I WAS SIGNING MY CREDIT SLIP I SAID "FORGOT TO ASK TO USE MY POINTS TO PAY" AND RHONDA SAID "I CANT DO THAT NOW"! I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED HER TO SAY - I DON'T WANT TO CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AND START ANOTHER ONE AND GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR.
