Very poor customer service the service depar Just have to say first of all I love my salesman Dale. Such a great guy and I would definitely buy from him again but unfortunately it looks like I will not be doing business with this dealership anymore. Since I got my truck which is still under factory warranty for another year and a half plus I bought 5-year gold package warranty. And in the first two or three months I've spent more I'm fixing small things then I have in payments on the actual truck. Twice I went into the dealership and they didn't even have the parts to fix my truck. Said they cannot order them. Their words not mine. Last time I was in they had to replace an air conditioner part which was quite expensive and when I got the truck back my bumper was covered in antifreeze. And for about 2 days my air conditioning smells like a wet dog. Also they charge me to check my heated and air conditioning seats which only seem to work whenever they feel like it. But according to dodge their well within spec. They did not charge me the first time. But they charged me the second time even though my service advisor told me it was under warranty and if it's an intermittent problem to have it checked every time I come in as it's under warranty and I will not be charged. They gave me some lame excuse and offered me a free truck wash to solve my problems. I thought I would do better than that then make sure I advertise all over social media and make sure they never get another nickel from me again. I'm hoping that they want to resolve this but it's been about a week and a half or so and I had to email them three times just to get a response from them More

Bad service Took my jeep in as it started to over heat in a snow storm. It sat there until I was informed it wasn't going to get into the shop to get looked at. Service department scam artists. Took my car in to get some work done. They tell me the rotors need to be replaced. I said ok but it should be under warranty from being replaced 6 mo Took my car in to get some work done. They tell me the rotors need to be replaced. I said ok but it should be under warranty from being replaced 6 months before at a different dealership. They threw the rotors in the garbage before I got there. They did not honour the warranty and I couldn't take the rotors back to the other dealership for inspection. Also, i had my shifting mechanism replaced due to sometimes being hard to shift into drive. I was also having trouble starting the car occasionally. They told me that if I got the shifter fixed it would fix the no start issue. Worked for a year and now I'm having the exact same issue. After getting the shifter replaced it makes a grinding noise when shifting into drive. I noticed the sound as soon as I got into the car to leave the dealership, but I will not be bringing the car back there for any reason, ever. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE! You've been warned. More

Waiting game, with zero communication My fiance and I purchased our vehicle in October. Everything was great, we loved the truck, and the guys who sold it to us. Unfortunately on the 4th o My fiance and I purchased our vehicle in October. Everything was great, we loved the truck, and the guys who sold it to us. Unfortunately on the 4th of January our truck was acting funny. It was saying reduced power, wouldn't go over 30 km/h and said service air bags and stability. The engine light was also on. So I called the service department and after 20 minutes of being on hold I talked to girl, explained what happened and she told me to bring it in right away if possible and they would look at it that day. Well when I got there a lady who was anything but pleasant asked me multiple questions while never actually listening to what I was saying. She asked me to get out of my vehicle and follow her, so I did. Before a minute passed a guy jumped in the truck and drove it out back, I hadn't even had a chance to grab my purse or anything nor was I asked if I needed anything out of the vehicle. The lady then told me that someone would be looking at it no later then the next day (Tuesday the 5th). I believed her. She told me she would call me when she knew what was happening. Well Tuesday passes by, then Wednesday, all day Thursday.. no call was made to me. Friday I call and i'm obviously frustrated because I haven't heard from anyone nor do I know what is going on! I talk to a girl who tells me to hold and 20 minutes later i'm still sitting on hold so I just hang up. Saturday still no call, my fiance and I take a drive through the parking lot to see if our truck is sitting there, sure enough its in the back parking lot covered in 10 inches of snow. Clearly it hadn't even been looked at since we dropped it off. Frustrated, we drive away confused and wondering how long it will be before we have a vehicle again! I call on Monday, I waited 15 minutes to speak to someone and then I hung up, called back and told the front desk girl I was needing to speak to someone higher then the girls who didn't know what I was talking about. Another 10 minutes of waiting and I talk to a guy who is quick to rush through our conversation. He tells me nobody has had a chance to look at it!! Really !?!?!?!? They tell me someone would look the same day and it's at this point 7 days later and not a single person has even looked at it, or called to tell me it hadn't been looked it. I have to call there myself to get answers which to this day I still haven't got. He assures me that someone will look at it, but everything up to this point has been a lie. He tells me will call me and let me know whats going on. Two days later no communication. Surprise, surprise. So it's now Wednesday the 14th, I have been without my own vehicle for 9 days. My fiance calls and they say someone looked at it but thats all so far and they will call before end of the day.... this is a never ending circle. Well it's now day 10, I haven't received a single phone call, not a single email, nothing to let me know what is happening. It is one thing that they were all helpful and wonderful when we bought our vehicle but is that were the customer service ends? No need for communication once the deal has been made? I said 3 months ago I would never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle but now, if I ever do get my truck back from these people, I doubt i'd ever use their services or buy a vehicle there again. More

Worst I have ever experienced in 65 years of life. Third time I tried to get my car in for warranty service, they had me bring the car in for 7 am, called them multiple times that day up till closing w Third time I tried to get my car in for warranty service, they had me bring the car in for 7 am, called them multiple times that day up till closing with no positive results or update. Was told to call at 7 am next day for ride to pick up car ... I called at 11 am and was told car had not even been put in shop yet. If they needed two days to change oil and rotate tires the should have said so ... any other dealer in town could have it done in less than an hour .. why are you so incompetent and inconsiderate of customers ? More

I feel the need to write this complaint to warn other people of the extremly poor quality of service we have recieved from the GP Chrysler Service department over the last couple weeks. We had our vehicl people of the extremly poor quality of service we have recieved from the GP Chrysler Service department over the last couple weeks. We had our vehicle booked in for a simple fix that is max a 3 hour job. After the vehicle sat in the parking for 3 days we started calling wondering what was going on. When calling to find out what was going on, no one knew what was going on. I was comtinusley given the run around and caught them in multiple lies as to what the status of my vehicle was. All I needed to know was when I would have my vehicle back because I had to drive home for christmas. I am so disapointed on how things have been so far. 2 weeks the vehicle was there and every time we called to see when it would be done or what was going on they were extremly rude. I will NEVER buy or recomend any one to this dealership ever again. It is a simple thing to do to let your customer know what is going on with their vehicle. I didnt appreciate being lied to and being treated so poorly. More
