I have been going to this dealership for service since I bought my car in 2009. The service is excellent and my car has been running smoothly with no major problems. Every time I come in for service I am tr bought my car in 2009. The service is excellent and my car has been running smoothly with no major problems. Bad service on Kia Sitting there waiting for a recall listening to many come in complaining that have to keep coming in for repairs that are not corrected and 2 and 3 ti Sitting there waiting for a recall listening to many come in complaining that have to keep coming in for repairs that are not corrected and 2 and 3 times. Should of been a warning sign. bought my 2012 Kia Soul to the dealer for a recall - undercarriage rust coating While ther I asked them to check my locks don’t open with key and to open manually. After getting recall done and paying 40.00 to diagnose issue I went to car and found my radio was completely dead. They took it back in said would take 2 hours. I went for walk and came to after an hour to find my car in the street. They never called to say anything. I went in to see what the issue was and said there was nothing they could it was a coincidence that my radio must of broken down. They said there was connection from the radio to the fuse. I said I was going to file a complaint with Kia customer service and said fine maybe they would Goodwill me a radio. How rude. Whatever they did caused this issue not a coincidence I have been posting all day on all the sites and all don’t by there story. More
