I'm originally from Romeo, Michigan and moved to Tempe, Arizona in 1987. After graduating from Arizona State University in 1996, I started working in the service department for a family owned car dealership. I have been married 20 years to my high school sweetheart, and we have two dogs. I enjoy mountain biking, golf, snow skiing, boating, walking or hiking with our dogs, and most things outdoors.

I live a hundred miles from the Superstore and a mile and a half from the local Subaru dealer. I have driven the two hundred mile roundtrip and purchased three new Subarus through David, because of his no no a half from the local Subaru dealer. I have had very good service from him on each occasion by phone, email, text and in person. My overall experience with David and the Superstore has been excellent and I have recommended the SS and David to several people and would continue to do so. Darrin Salvemina the Delivery Specialist did a great job explaining the vehicle and had a great attitude. More

The Finance process tends to be lengthy, but we appreciated how Alex walked us through the different options and helped us make decisions based on our personal driving habits and goals. Consistently Good Service I’ve been going to this dealership for 10 years and even though the staff changes the service has stayed consistently good. I feel the over all Subaru product sells it’s self so customer service, and experience is where this dealership clearly keeps it’s customers. My family and i all have Subarus and we use this dealership for all types of service. Our service advisor is Darien and we make a point to schedule with him. Great guy, One thing I would improve is the overall web experience. In general the dealership web site would benefit from better web controls and and client scheduling features. It clearly has issues across multiple browse platforms... This is a small pice to pay though for me to continue going to this dealership. They are awesome. More

Best Ever Dealership Experience! Tom Darby is the best example of a really Great Sales Associate, who went out of his way to make sure that we got the Subaru Forester of our dreams. Tom Darby is the best example of a really Great Sales Associate, who went out of his way to make sure that we got the Subaru Forester of our dreams. My husband is recovering from a serious accident and I was able to conduct much of our pre-sale discussions over the phone with Tom Darby. He sent me several emails, texts and returned promptly my phone calls. He found and had delivered the exact vehicle that we wanted. When we came in to finalize our paperwork, Tom Darby met us in the parking lot and even helped put together my husband’s wheel chair for me! He is very personable, friendly, and had everything ready for us!, He took the time to make sure that we understood everything and that we were very pleased with our beautiful 2019 Subaru Forester! We left feeling like we truly have a new friend. Brent Beck in Finance was also very friendly and easy to talk with. He went over everything and we never felt pressured at all. He took his time and answered every question. My husband and Brent really hit it off talking about old times, cars and motorcycles. It is great to feel so at ease and friendly when making such a big and important commitment. Friendly, yet very competent and knowledgeable! Darien Humbert in Service, thankfully referred us to Tom Darby. We had met Darien when we transferred our previous Subaru service needs to Subaru Superstore in Gilbert, from another dealer. Darien also went the extra mile helping us get a sensor replaced that was very troubling. Our service was always promptly done and reasonably priced. We have been so very pleased here in Gilbert!!
