This was the worst experience with purchasing a new vehicle I have had since I bought my first car in 1984. It started with the Internet Manager lying to me about the final sales price of the Ram 2500 vehicle I have had since I bought my first car in 1984. It started with the Internet Manager lying to me about the final sales price of the Ram 2500 truck, to her inviting me to the dealership to purchase the truck which was a 3 hour one way trip and her not being at the dealership. She went home and did not say a word to me. The truck was not prepared properly for delivery. The sales woman did not go over the truck with me. The sales manager informed me the sales price told to me was wrong. It was $5,000 more causing me to get a much higher interest rate and loan term plus I had to put an additional $5,000 down and my payments are $100/month higher now. The Finance Manager, Mark Jorsling, rushed me through his process. I was not offered any dealership car maintenance services nor an extended warranty. I left without the final paper work and it to them 2 weeks to get me the paperwork that had multiple errors in them. I then spent 2 weeks with the General Manager to purchase an extended warranty. No one offered nor would provide me any concessions for the lies I was told nor the mistakes that they made. More
