Everyone there was amazing. A special thanks to Mr. Austin, Mr. Hebert and Mr. Will, they made my vehicle buying experience one of the best I ever had. Their customer service was on point. I will never buy another car from Mercedes of new orleans. When I buy a car everyone else has no problem dealing with my Lender of choice. This dealership had multiple papers wrong that my wife had orleans. When I buy a car everyone else has no problem dealing with my Lender of choice. This dealership had multiple papers wrong that my wife had to point out to them to correct. I had to be the middle man between the 2 lenders and I had to go physical pick up the check the next morning. This is 2021 and digital transfers between institutions is the normal practice. More

An absolutely pleasure doing business with Mercedes Benz of New Orleans! I first started looking at a 2022 C-Class, then a 2022 E 350, and then I finally picked a 2022 GLE 350. I was able to customize and p of New Orleans! I first started looking at a 2022 C-Class, then a 2022 E 350, and then I finally picked a 2022 GLE 350. I was able to customize and place my order for my vehicle in August and it came in the first week of November. Ernie Debus was truly a fantastic salesperson! I would highly recommend anyone to go see him for a true first class experience! More

This was the worst car buying experience ever . One of the happiest moments of my life , turned out to be the most unpleasant! From the moment I came in I was told to leave because the dealership closed i the happiest moments of my life , turned out to be the most unpleasant! From the moment I came in I was told to leave because the dealership closed in 30 minutes. The unprofessional salesman up’d me knowing he had multiple customers . He was literally back & forth . The times he did come to me , everything was leave and come back tomorrow! I can literally write a book on how horrible this experience was . I was told to leave after waiting two hours on finance & told to come in the morning to finish up my paperwork. On top of that I insisted to stay , so they had no choice but to finish me up. Fast forward get into finance & I wanted lease but it was set up to buying . The process took at least 20 mins to get fixed . My salesperson told me it wasn’t possible to do because it was late & yet it was done. Herbert literally was being argumentative saying I said to buy when I know I said LEASE. Didn’t get out of there Until after 11. I noticed the car had scratches & mishaps on the vehicle. Herbert told me they didn’t that was just bugs & that the vehicle wasn’t detailed yet . Next morning I noticed that there was several scratches and mishaps . Yesterday he told me he would set up my appointment to get everything fixed & get my detail. He called me twice only to tell me about downloading the Mercedes & me app. Never once said anything about what we discussed on my vehicle. So I texted him about how I felt in a respectful way despite how I was treated and all he did was send a thumbs up emoji. I’m just honestly saddened by this dealership/experience. It’s so mind boggling to walk into a upscale & luxurious dealership to get treated like xxxx! More

I walked into the Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans just to take a look at the 3rd vehicle on my consideration list in order to finalize my vehicle purchase. At this time, I already have an SUV in mind from an take a look at the 3rd vehicle on my consideration list in order to finalize my vehicle purchase. At this time, I already have an SUV in mind from another brand that I thought I wanted. But working with Mark was such an absolute joy and pleasure. He listened to my needs, he was very knowledgeable about the product, very detail oriented, he answered all my questions, he provided me several options to consider, he was very patient with me, very genuine, very friendly, he went above and beyond during this entire process and most importantly, his excellent and unparalleled customer service was something that I haven’t experienced before when buying a vehicle.I also would like to note that the dealership customer buying experience as a whole was also amazing. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle from Mark and I’m so happy with my decision. Lastly, before picking up the vehicle, he ensured that it was impeccably detailed, spent a lot of time with me going through the vehicle features and options, and again, he went above and beyond providing assistance of transporting the new beauty home.
