Where to start? Every aspect of my experience with Jackie Cooper Imports was phenomenal. From my first interaction with Danny Ochoa via live chat, to his phone call and video, to driving away in my new Mercedes, my expectations were far exceeded. Danny was the ultimate professional, listening to my needs and wants and then showing me everything that fit my criteria. He never tried to "sell" me - he allowed me to "buy". I greatly appreciated his genuine approach, and I feel as though I've made a friend. The kudos don't stop there, though. Absolutely everyone I came into contact with was professional and thoughtful in their conversations with me. Special thanks to Kendall (Pumpkin) Taylor for guiding me to the best insurance options for my new car. My Jackie Cooper experience was exceptional. I got exactly the car, color and price that I was asking for. Danny listened the first time We met. He never gave up.
