The customer service consultant was wonderful. His name was Danny Chupek he explained all that would be done to my car, got me a loaner to use and gave me an approximate time it would be finished. I was going to trade my 2013 RX350 for another Pre-certified car but you know the old saying "if it's not broken, don't fix it". I decided to wait another year before I trade it in. Thank you Danny & Eric I scheduled a very last minute oil change at Jim Hudson Lexus on Killian Rd in Columbia SC. Danny was able to schedule me in next day. When he say tha I scheduled a very last minute oil change at Jim Hudson Lexus on Killian Rd in Columbia SC. Danny was able to schedule me in next day. When he say that the service was taking longer than expected, he offered a curtesy car. That way I was able to run all my errands on that side of town. Very helpful. More
