Great Experience! 3 messages appeared in my message center and these concerns were communicated to Mr. Chupek. Danny was very professional and helpful. He even reviewed 3 messages appeared in my message center and these concerns were communicated to Mr. Chupek. Danny was very professional and helpful. He even reviewed and shared information regarding my extended warranty clearing up many questions I had. He communicated with me often as the technician were troubleshooting. I was able to accomplish some needed tasks while waiting and enjoying the pleasant atmosphere of the waiting room. It was a great experience at Jim Hudson Lexus! More

Problem with service advisor Had I listened to the first service advisor I talked to I would not have ever returned to the dealership. Without looking at my car he told me my car Had I listened to the first service advisor I talked to I would not have ever returned to the dealership. Without looking at my car he told me my car was not the problem and to keep this from happening again I should not leave my key in the car. Danny Chupak and Anita Smith went above and beyond to correct this situation. They should be applauded. Without Anita and Danny’s assistance my answer above would have been a definite NO. More
