I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a new
vehicle from this dealership. Daniel Salazar, my sales rep, was unclear throughout the process and failed to communicate important details. I was nev

I was never told I’d need to return for additional service, nor was there confirmation that certain charges were removed from the final price. At delivery, the car was dirty inside and out, with glue residue still on the window. Despite this, I was asked to sign off saying everything was completed.
Daniel never followed up and even responded to feedback on my behalf without resolving any of the issues. I also spoke directly with the sales manager, Randy, and received no follow-up whatsoever, which shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care.
After being continuously ignored, I returned to the dealership. West in Sales Management was professional, respectful, and tried to help where others did not. Isroel Salazar even had to step in to handle tasks that Daniel ignored, while being present.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and not what I expected from a dealership selling new vehicles.

Its been 2 months and the vehicles have not been paid off! I tried to reach out by phone and they are not responsive.
The sales representative said they sent the checks and i requested a copy of these checks and until this day i am still waiting for the email.
My credit score which was excellent now is damage because of KIA of Hollywood.
Do not do business with this dealership.!!!
