Easy experience and fair pricing I bought a used 2015 Mini Cooper 2-door hardtop base model from Wilsonville. The dealership itself is beautiful and clean and well maintained. They serve free coffee and tea and have a good selection of munchies for sale at their cafe. The waiting area has a fireplace that was perfect for the cold and rainy day I visited. The No Bull pricing was disconcerting at first; what do you mean I can’t bargain on the price!? However, the car was priced fairly. My “one person” for the whole process was Danny R and he was great. He made sure to offer all the add ones (like an extended warranty) but he did zero hard selling. If you know what you want to spend and Wilsonville Subaru has the car at that price, then it’s a great place to buy. More

He also explained every form and function so I could weigh the benefits that each one had. He then helped me find the perfect wheels and tires to fit my personal taste. I am looking forward to saving up and purchasing those through Nick in the future. Daniel took care of us and made us feel comfortable right off the bat. The whole experience was free of any stress. He ensured we were getting what was best for us. Also helping us to understand the details and benefits of every feature. He went over all the cars functions in a very informative way. Poor customer service We knew what we wanted, we were shown everything but, then told that they couldn't provide the car we wanted. We could have this different model and oh yeah, we are not going to pre prep vehicle. We will send you out with over inflated tires and blame you. We asked 3 times that our ad ons not be added to vehicle, when they checked why a sensor was going on. Those things were added anyway. No apology. Asked to talk to Customer Service Manager, we got shop advocate instead and refusal for us to talk to other manager. Brand new car has been in shop more than on road. Plenty of Bull going on. More
