Found my daughter's 1st car on their website and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience all the way to delivery. Call me stupid, but I was completely taken advantage of as a female, as a widow, as someone who had just had my vehicle totalled by a careless driver, and they sold me a dangerous vehicle. The steering wh as a female, as a widow, as someone who had just had my vehicle totalled by a careless driver, and they sold me a dangerous vehicle. The steering wheel wasn't level while driving. The alignment wasn't properly done. I called within the 72 hour grace period and was told the car was safe, although one wheel couldn't be aligned fully. I was told it was 1/4 inch off! I was then accused of buyers remorse. They should have fixed this before it left the lot. They offered nothing! 6000 miles later, I find I am driving on a tire with the steel belt exposed! I could have been killed!!! Now both new tires on front end are ruined (about $500 each). They were legit hiding something. I called the manager to report and was told that I would hear from the owner. That was a week ago. I will find out what is really wrong with truck today when I take it to a proper alignment shop. I will be turning them in to the dealer board. All of this and I gave the salesman a signed Elway jersey. This is how they do business! Complete crooks!!! More

Wish I could give a minus star. Had cash for a 2012 Toyota. Filled out the buy this car survey. I called the day of and let them know I would be down at 3:00. When I went to the dealership no one gree Toyota. Filled out the buy this car survey. I called the day of and let them know I would be down at 3:00. When I went to the dealership no one greeted us and the truck was gone. People asked us if we worked there. I went inside and asked about the truck. I was told it was already at a mechanic but they had a Ford Ranger. The sales guy said don’t worry.. we get Tacoma’s all the time. This dealer lives up to the pop lot expansions. More
