My experience with the sales and finance staff was an absolute pleasure. There was no unnecessary pressure or deceiving sales tactic. The entire process was comfortable. From fielding my call and questions the day before, to having the vehicle pulled up front (and washed) ready for me to test drive. It was apparent Jr. knew everything about the car and features, which is surprisingly not the norm at some dealerships these days. Lastly, Mark Norwood walked me through the purchasing/finance process and made things significantly less stressful, considering the current car market. He was very through, and patiently walked me through all options. I highly recommend this dealership if you're considering a Honda; especially if you want to avoid the highly inflated "market adjustments" at other locations. Gerald Honda Countryside deserves the high ratings they have accrued. More
