Unfortunately, the 2026 CR-V Sport Hybrid we purchased was stolen after a few weeks. But, I contacted Daniel again and he was able to get us the exact same set up as our original purchase. As for our choice of a CR-V Hybrid, we had specific requirements: Ease of ingress & egress, me being 6'4" and 81 years old; head room in front seats for the same reason; front leg room for the same reason; the color my spouse wanted (Still Night Pearl ... a real beauty); a hybrid for better gas mileage; a no-pressure visit for our all-cash purchase; and a staff focused on superior Customer Service ... which everyone was! Our salesman Daniel De La Torre Jr found us wandering the lot on a very busy day at the dealership and asked us if we needed help. We told Daniel which vehicle we were interested in and we were off on a test drive quickly. I had been researching prices and Daniel negotiated a fair deal very close to where I wanted to be. There was no pressure tactics which I appreciated. After a couple back and forth meetings with his manager we came to a respectable agreement. Other dealerships that I reached out to tried the old scare tactics to get me to buy, but there was none of that at Gerald. Daniel JR kept a close eye on us when we were waiting to meet with finance and made sure we did not feel forgotten. Daniel JR had our car prepped quickly and even though it was close to closing time he took his time to go over all the features on the car after we closed the deal with finance. Again, no pressure, no rush, we were given time to look over the numbers and make a good decision. Gerald is lucky to have Daniel JR on staff, because if he did not come find us in the lot we may have left to come back another day because the dealership was really busy. We are very happy with the new CRV and we will recommend Gerald to our friends. Also, the lifetime powertrain warranty is a big selling point! More
