Carly my sales rep made the purchase a fun, easy experience. Nothing like any dealership I dealt with and I spent months every day looking at cars and talking to sales reps, it was exhausting. No funny games or high pressure, it was fun, they gave me a great deal and completely stress free. I came in out the blue the 2nd time, my sales rep Carly was doing 2 deliveries so I said I could test drive the car myself, but the finance manager Rodrigo said he would go with so she could deliver her cars and it was so much fun he showed me all the features of the car and I was very impressed because he was not one of the sales reps and knew his product well. Very low pressure and I could focus on enjoying the vehicle and learning it. Dan the sales manager was very nice and low pressure. He took the offer I made on the first request. They also took extra time after making the sale to help me get use to it and learning all the new features as I never owned a truck and haven't driven a new vehicle in a long time. It was a really cool experience. Nothing like any other dealership I went to. They have a cool team and I'm really glad I purchased my vehicle from them. Carly went over all the new technology that comes with the vehicle. I forgot my water bottle at the dealership and she washed it for me and saved it and when I came back to pick it up, she took my car through their car wash for me. I really recommend regardless where you're shopping or planning on purchasing your car, to make a stop in this dealership and see what they can offer. More

I had a specific truck in mind when I arrived at Lake Chevy, but once I test drove it I decided it wasn’t for me. I ended up choosing the 2024 Silverado ZR2 with the 3.0l duramax engine. I had little knowledge on diesel motors but between Damian, David, Daniel and Caleb I felt confident with my decision when I walked out. They truly are there to help and will take a lot of the stress out of the car buying experience. More
