My vehicle was total loss, thanks to a drunk driver. I was my wife, Kids and I were already getting mentally prepare for what was to become a long and painful search for a new vehicle once again. We jumped into the vehicle hours before we were suppose to get hit by a snow storm. 5 minutes after We got into RT46 I saw the Fetty dealer and decided to make my first dealer stop. Nevertheless who would have tough that it will end up been my dealer of choice. The moment that I walked into the door My family and I met Juan Villegas, he made us feel very confident, there was no turning back after talking to Juan, he introduce us to Rami he was very charismatic but my family and I didn’t want to waste to much time and I know we had to talk to a sales person we were going to be spending a lot of time. But that wasn’t the case Juan knew that the type of vehicle I was looking for, Rami brought the vehicle to us, he went over all the bells and whistles and was well acknowledgeable of the vehicle, he did not rush us to buy the vehicle unless it felt right to us I believe it took one extra day for me to make my final decision. We thought that we weren’t getting the perfect family vehicle. But at the last minute the Fette team came together and made it happen.l a big thank you to Daniel great guy During my first service visit met joe who will think that working with him will make things so comfortable and easy as an Infiniti owner, he will keep me inform of anything that was been done to my vehicle as well as of any set backs Rami, Juan, Joe and Daniel you got thumps up and high five all the way. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are interested in a vehicle to give this man a call. I told him what my budget was and wouldn’t go a penny over as well as the features I was looking for in my brand new Q60 coupe. Not only did he make it fun & easy he has followed up with me with call backs on my experience with the car. I would DEFINITELY buy another car from this man & I will be sending friends and family in to see him. More
