I received an email stating it had been a year since I bought my truck. I was offered a free inspection, and a "wash and interior detail." I thought that was a great gesture, so I set up an appointment, s bought my truck. I was offered a free inspection, and a "wash and interior detail." I thought that was a great gesture, so I set up an appointment, stating I would wait for the vehicle while it was serviced. For starters, Daniel told me I had to wait two hours. Why set up an appointment? Then, after taking possession of my vehicle they told me they don't actually detail the truck. I was told they would wash the outside, and the Daniel didn't even think they would vacuum the inside. I showed him the offer that explicitly stated they would detail the interior. He really didn't care. Next, as I waited, I got a text from Daniel stating I could text him at any time during the appointment for any reason. So I texted him and requested they re-set the "needs an oil change" warning as the truck didn't need one. Never heard back from Daniel. After about two hours, they drove my truck around and it appeared to be done. I stood around for about 10 minutes and no one called me up. I approached another guy, because Daniel was nowhere to be found. The new guy found my keys and walked me out to my truck. I asked him if they re-set the "needs an oil change" warning, and he thought Daniel mentioned it to the guys in the shop. When I turned on the truck, sure enough, the warning came back on. Fortunately for me, the new guy knew how to re-set the oil change warning. Big waste of time. Oh, and by the way, they did vacuum the truck floors, but detail the interior as offered, they did not. I should have just paid the 20 bucks to wash the truck myself. More
