My experience here was awesome from my very 1st email to them in regards to purchasing a new 2025 RAV4. Excellent responses from start to finish and even after the sale. The parts Department(Patrick) an them in regards to purchasing a new 2025 RAV4. Excellent responses from start to finish and even after the sale. The parts Department(Patrick) and the Service(Kevin) department also get a 5 star rating. ALL of my interactions with anyone I spoke to, emailed or called was handled with 100% professionalism. Special shout out to Chandler, my Sales Professional. Samantha, Lauren and TJ from Management. Shawn and Chris from Finance. And last but by no means least, GM Dan Bortolussi.
