Everyone I worked with at Frankfort Toyota was excellent (from Sarah Wise who helped get me started, David Burnside who helped me get moving with things, and Dana Arnold who helped take care of the financin (from Sarah Wise who helped get me started, David Burnside who helped me get moving with things, and Dana Arnold who helped take care of the financing). We couldn't be happier with their help. David Burnside was also especially helpful in figuring out the nuances of the new Grand Highlander (he even went the extra step of figuring out if we had a spare tire in the new GH -- we did find one fortunately). It was great working with all of them and we will gladly work with them again in the future. More
