I would describe my dealership experience as typical and unpleasant. I negotiated price for my trade-in was disregarded, and I was not told I asked for a second key was told one would be produced and never unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend Skyline Ford to anybody. Had a had it to do over again I would not go there!
