Purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Ferman BMW over the Internet. Dan went above and beyond in sending additional photos and vehicle info prior to the sale. I flew in and was picked up by Dan at my hot the Internet. Dan went above and beyond in sending additional photos and vehicle info prior to the sale. I flew in and was picked up by Dan at my hotel. When I noticed several small scratches on the side of the Highlander, Dan immediately had it buffed and clear coated. Scratches disappeared and it was beautiful! He also filled the tank with gas prior to my long drive back home. Ferman is completely different from all of the other Stealerships and scams I encountered while shopping online. Highly recommend doing business with them! More
