My name is Dan Luneau. I enjoy working, especially with our Staff and many, many customers. I have been blessed with a wonderful family that we enjoy more and more each day. My wife Karen and I have three sons, two daughters in law, a grand daughter, and two grand sons. Vermont has been my life long home except for three years that I was away in the military. Outside of my career in the auto business our family is our main focus. Alpine skiing with family members and childhood friends makes Vermont winters a special time in my life. Smugglers Notch is our home away from home. We are all so fortunate to live and work in such a wonderful place.

Almost neglected to post a review due to negligence on my part! As a three time customer at Handy Toyota now, I have become spoiled by the attention and special care given to all their customers. I guess y part! As a three time customer at Handy Toyota now, I have become spoiled by the attention and special care given to all their customers. I guess you could say I have taken it all a bit for granted, EXCEPT for the fact that we are a 5 hour drive from them and we wouldn't buy anywhere else. Customer loyalty extends both ways in maintaining a good relationship. We are not ones who price around and deal with whomever may bid the lowest. We get a fair price, a fair deal and excellent treatment at Handy, with no wandering around trying to undercut the previous dealer. We began this relationship, originally, online with Kyle Ward, who didn't know us, yet gave his time and commitment to providing us with information on what we wanted, even from the distance we have between us. We then became Handy customers and Kyle is our Handy salesman, whenever we are ready to buy a vehicle. More

I have purchased 5 cars now from Handy Toyota since 2001 so I'd say they have a pretty great relationship. I have all of their names in the car but getting ready to move so I won't go out and get them. Stev so I'd say they have a pretty great relationship. I have all of their names in the car but getting ready to move so I won't go out and get them. Steve is awesome as well as all who work there. I've done business with them from the get go and you can see I've been back 4 more times. They take care that you know how to operate all the functions on the vehicle. It is always spotless and looks like a gem. They even gave me the information I need in case I have car trouble on the way to Virginia. I shall miss them all, but may just drive back up here for my next vehicle instead of purchasing from VA which is right next to the Kentucky plant. Thank you for allowing them to service me.
