Handy Toyota did it again! I ruptured my Achilles tendon back in November 2017. I had recently leased a 2015 Tacoma 4x4 with a standard transmission from Handy Toyota and now had a serious problem. I could not drive my standard! I called my sales person from before, Leandro Martinez, and he worked to get me into another 2015 Tacoma, this time with an automatic transmission. Leandro made it an easy process and worked hard to get me into another great truck! I would recommend Leandro and the entire Handy Toyota team to anyone, good team and good people! More

Purchase of Camry XLE I looked at the inventory online and saw some cars that I liked. I had a 4 year old 80k miles Camry LE. Doug was very thorough and explained the operation of the car and its accessories. Reg Howard did the paperwork. All areas of the dealership were pleasant and professional. I would recommend this dealership for a new Toyota purchase. More

Toyota Tundra 2015 purchase- Handy Toyota, ST ALbans, VT I have purchased multiple Toyotas from Handy's since moving to ST Albans in 1986. I have had several 4-Runners, and I think 5 Tundras' now. My wife ha I have purchased multiple Toyotas from Handy's since moving to ST Albans in 1986. I have had several 4-Runners, and I think 5 Tundras' now. My wife has a 2010 Highlander which she loves. I just purchased a 2015 Tundra from Handy's and am very pleased with the truck and the service I received at Handy's. I keep going back there because the people are great, the service is excellent and professional. The quality of the vehicle is excellent. Their new facilities are really nice and convenient. They have a first class operation that cannot be beat! As long as I am able to drive I will be going back there for more. More

not the best, but they worked to make up for it. I worked with a saleman through emails/online for a few days before I decided to go up and test drive the vehicle. When I went ot the dealership, the salesperson that I was working with was out....no big deal. I was given to another salesperson who, to say the least, was less than helpful. Not only that, the place is full of 20 somethings who are too busy looking at their cell phones and youtube videos to help anyone. The salesperson didn't know the answers to most of my questions and the test drive was really just a formality to see if I wanted a newer 4runner. They completed the deal and I was offered to have my car delivered at my home/work as it was late in the afternoon and they didn't have time to clean the vehicle, which was fine. I traded in my 08 4runner to Handy's on October 1st and took delivery of a 14 4runner at the same time. Gave them a check for the downpayment and signed all the paperwork. Today is October 14th, and my bank has still not rec'd a check for the loan on the vehicle that I traded into them on the 1st, but they rushed to the bank to cash the check that I gave them that cleared on the 3rd of October. When I questioned them on October 9th about sending a check to the bank, they tell me that they sent it last week, but then send me a confirmation of the check from October 7th.....which is two days prior, not last week. I contacted the dealership and they went over to the bank and made the payment in person. Overall, this has not been the best experience, but they tried to fix the problems. . The one positive that I had was my interaction with Jordyn when it came to purchasing a warranty. Even though I did not purchase an extended warranty, she was helpful and very friendly. Overall, this has not been the best experience when buying a new car, but they at least responded to emails and tried to fix the problems that I brought to their attention. More

We have used Handy's for all of our service needs and find the service department to be wonderful and totally trustworthy I now can say the very same about the sales department. I would definitely recommend Handy's to anyone looking for a car new or used, the deals are amazing and the service is perfect, thorough, thoughtful, and fair as well as very courteous. More

I had to change the possession date because my husband had to have emergency surgery and Doug made it happen. All the people up and down the line were extremely helpful to make the process painless. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy or lease a car or truck! They are the best!!! More
