You had to wait like 10 minutes to just view a car because they had to pull if off their lots. At Marino you have the showroom, you tell them what you're looking for, and you're assisted quickly. This dealership is approximately an hour away from us potential more depending on traffic. Marino Dodge is well worth every minute of Chicago traffic. Dan K was our salesman and he worked with us efficiently to get us driving our desired vehicle in a timely manner. We left satisfied with the price and customer service we received. Actually everyone we have encountered has been courteous and provided excellent service. We even encountered an issue a few weeks after purchase and Dan and the sales manager were in contact with us within the 30 minutes and took care of the issue locally for us. We will definitely be making the trip to Marino for our future car buying needs. More
