After shopping at dealerships here in PHX and not getting what we wanted including a major GM dealer messing around with us and trying traditional bai After shopping at dealerships here in PHX and not getting what we wanted including a major GM dealer messing around with us and trying traditional bait and switch tactics to sell us what they wanted to sell vs what we wanted to buy, I called a dealer I know and trust Hansen Motors almost 800 miles away and they DELIVERED!!!! From the moment Tyson introduced himself in the lot, the first thing that hit me was how he responded to questions I posed; not the typical "flippant" From the moment Tyson introduced himself in the lot, the first thing that hit me was how he responded to questions I posed; not the typical "flippant" responses I have become accustomed to in my years of purchasing cars/trucks. He listened! He determined "what was important to me" and along with Dan Hansen addressed those issues to the point; no games. After purchase I was totally impressed with the service people (Cody Varney). I have had two occasions to have work done; 3,500 mile service and handling a small warranty matter. In both instances, I called made the appointment. At the appointed hour I was there fully expecting who knows how long to get finished and on the road. The car went in and on both occasions I had hardly settled in and the work was done and I was on my way! The people in general at Hansen's are down to earth friendly; not the put on friendly of the past several dealerships we have done business with. Thanks Hansen team! You are the best! More

Hansen's in Brigham City was like dealing with a bunch of friends. My salesman Jordan Read was terrific to deal with. He was honest and terrific to work with.
