A very good experience overall. In for scheduled maintenance and a wind noise problem coming from the driver's side door/window. His efficiency, friendly dispisition and obvious natural initiative to make this visit a great experience is noteworthy. To top it off, Dan followed through with true cherry fruition by asking if I had the maintenance plan which I thought I did, only for him to go the extra mile and CHECK MY FILE (an extra step that does not happen often enough) and returned with ”You’re free to go, no charge”. Wow! Dan’s all—around positive attitude and tremendous people skills set the tone for a wonderful rest of the day. Many, many thanks. More

A change in plans necessitated shuttle service instead of staying in the pleasant waiting room, and the service was really helpful. The repair went more quickly than expected, and I was on my way with a quiet car. More
