This dealership is not trustworthy. from their internet sales to mgr Jay ( liar ). 1. The car was listed on the Internet for $31,500..I received the following text message “Hi Paul this is Cheretha from sales to mgr Jay ( liar ). 1. The car was listed on the Internet for $31,500..I received the following text message “Hi Paul this is Cheretha from Rizza Cadillac. The 2017 Cadillac CT6 is here and ready to be test driven. Please give me a call at 7084077473”. 2 people both told Me the car was in an available for test drive. I drove one hour for my test drive to find out the car is not there yet. 4 days later the call back the car is ready for a test drive. When I look it up online they increase the price $5000. I will be letting Mr. Rizza know about this BS sales tactic/treatment. I WOULD RANK THEM A ZERO IF I COULD. SHAME ON THE ENTIRE SALES STAFF. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. More
