The salesman was excellent (Dan C). Everything was going great until they put me in a room with a saleswoman (Mai) who initially claimed she was doing my purchase paperwork. After some confusing back and forth, her personality completely changed into a dragon-like entity. More forceful "hard sell" extended warrantee selling -- I have never witnessed. Since I was so fatigued from an early morning & very long drive, I didnt have the wherewithal to just firmly say no, and continue to say no. She was exploiting my desire to have a pleasant transaction and honestly it was unreal. She never relented for 2 hours. I have to knock the dealership for not keeping me safe from her, and for her to waste so much of my time during a day that I was expecting to be a pleasant transaction. It turned my day into a nightmare. I cant recommend anyone go there to the dealership because of her aggression. It was awful. (Plus she was joking about "making stuff up... and like a time share, the number kept dropping over the many long minutes -- a product that started at 4K ended up at 2.5k. How is that possible? A bunch of xx! More

Just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek. Had an a very pleasant experience with Groove in general. Initially worked with Dan, who took me on an initial test drive that was extremely pleasant Had an a very pleasant experience with Groove in general. Initially worked with Dan, who took me on an initial test drive that was extremely pleasant, informative and professional. After having more questions and considering more options, Esteban took over, given that Dan was on vacation. Esteban was extremely knowledgeable, gave me many options, and took me on another test drive, allocating time at the end of his working day. Esteban was extremely informative, and also served as great company and conversation partner throughout the process. Grace gracefully handled the final paperwork, and I got my brand new Crosstrek 4 days earlier than scheduled. Hopefully it will serve me well many years to come. More

I live in a very rural part of Colorado and found my self in a situation where i had to purchase a car without driving it first. Dan was my salesperson and he was amazing, i honestly don’t think i could hav in a situation where i had to purchase a car without driving it first. Dan was my salesperson and he was amazing, i honestly don’t think i could have made the purchase without his patience and follow through!
