This is my third Ram from Freehold Dodge. I have no reason to shop anywhere else. Great sales staff, Jeff walked me thru the whole process answered any questions and got me a price I am comfortable wit reason to shop anywhere else. Great sales staff, Jeff walked me thru the whole process answered any questions and got me a price I am comfortable with. The service department is above and beyond helpful. I recommend this dealer for anyone to visit. More

I had originally set an appointment with Freehold Dodge service for my passenger side mirror to be replaced on Sept 28, 2020. I told them what the problem was and they told me they would order the mirror. service for my passenger side mirror to be replaced on Sept 28, 2020. I told them what the problem was and they told me they would order the mirror. I then switched the apt for Oct 2, 2020 which they accommodated me with. I took this day off without pay so I could get it done. I spoke to 3 separate people in the interim. So I go to the dealer service center to have it done and low and behold they don't have my mirror in. It was never ordered. The service guy then tells me that the part would have to be paid up front to order the mirror. You would think that one of the 3 service people I spoke with would have told me that info. what a complete incompetent service this turns out to be. I told the guy why would I have set an appt. if I had known this tiny bit of information (sarcasm). I am so pissed off with this lack of incompetent service. Oh. you would think out of common courtesy the guy would have apologize for the mix up, no! I guess its not in their DNA or they just don't really care about their customer after all. More
