When trying to check out and pay the credit card system was not working properly! The guy trying to check me out told the manager it was not working well earlier in the day, the manager said it was my card was not working properly! The guy trying to check me out told the manager it was not working well earlier in the day, the manager said it was my card being declined! I had to walk a few miles to withdraw money from the ATM on a hot day! Considering this is a car dealership you could have given me a loaner car to go to the ATM while you had my car it not like I would have run off with a 2022 and I have a 2022! Also a person who does the test drive could have been in my car if you all didn’t have a loaner available! This was very disappointing, and the car was not washed! Perhaps you all don’t do that for your 2022 car, considering I travel for work this was the 1st place that didn’t! The people were not bad workers it was just a major inconvenience since this is the only Mitsubishi around! Thanks for servicing my vehicle !! More
