Salesman Dakota was exceptional, relatable, friendly, transparent, and knowledgeable. Manager Bleisch was inflexible and imposing. His stepping in was unnecessary and gave the impression that car buying transparent, and knowledgeable. Manager Bleisch was inflexible and imposing. Later, Dakota and I were able to complete the deal. In fact, Dakota went above and beyond to counter that experience. More

The salesman was nice enough to wash the outside when we purchased the vehicle. Was not happy the inside was never detailed or even vacuumed out. The battery had to be replaced 2 days later. That shows i purchased the vehicle. Was not happy the inside was never detailed or even vacuumed out. The battery had to be replaced 2 days later. That shows it had to be jump started when it was brought up front so I could look at it. Those are 2 things I would expect from buying from a private party but not a dealership. The salesman was very professional which is why i give 2 stars. More

The service I paid for was never completed. I had to bring the car back in the next day to have them do it properly. It caused me to to cancel a trip.
