If I could give them a Zero stars I would. Sales Manager Lead Bill Mitchell is a complete xxxxx. That's about the nicest thing I can say about him. Here is a little of a reply I gave to a internet sales person about my experience with this location. Who called after we had already made our purchase there. My son was looking at the 2008 Camry that was on the black friday sale. We were the first in line thanks to being there b4 6:30 am and made the purchase of the car. Our salesman Jim Smith was great and Anthony L. in finance was awesome a really helpful. The only bad thing I can say is that the Sales Lead person Bill Mitchell was a pushy jerk. He swore at me more than once a call me a liar. Sadly this was my son's first time purchasing a car. He's just turned 18 and is a college student at Iowa State. He was more than happy with the car. But was very upset or should I say off put by the way we were treated by Bill M. Oh well I guess that's the car business. But if any of my managers ever treated a customer like we were, I would let them go or cut their hours till they quit. P.s. we also enjoyed meeting Sharon. So I doubt if anyone from here will have the ball to reach out to me now. And I hope Bob's Kids clean house in this location of theirs in Schaumburg. More

Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales person was good but fell short on a few issues. Also, did not offer a copy of the Carfax, which would have been nice to have at the time (note, I subsequently went online and paid $40 to get the Carfax myself). I am happy with my car, but reflecting on the whole experience, it seems like he just wanted to make a sale and didn't go the extra mile to do a thorough walk around of the car or to review a lot of its features. Mark Anderson was excellent and informed me of a few things that Bill should have but didn't. More
