Purchased 6 vehicles from them since 2000 the last being a 2019 Traverse. There is a known issue with the led turn signal/brake light leaking and shorting out. They would not fix under warranty. Tried to order one and was very abruptly told full prepayment ($650) with no delivery date and the possibility of not even getting one as she could only see 2 in the United States.How is this possible? More

Paul Santangelo from Jon Hall helped me purchase 2 Chevy Trax and one Equinox over the years. I would send everyone there to Paul who needs a bonafide excellent quality low mileage used car, and an honest s Trax and one Equinox over the years. I would send everyone there to Paul who needs a bonafide excellent quality low mileage used car, and an honest salesman who is no b.s. He won't try to upsell you. I told him each time what I could afford and what I couldn't. He didn't waste my time showing me vehicles that were out of my range. Each time the vehicle he showed me was the vehicle I purchased. I was out of the office in two hours with each purchase. There's not a problem he doesn't understand and doesn't have a quick work around for. I drove two hours just to purchase my stepdaughter's car so that I could purchase from a salesman with integrity. As a woman, I needed a salesman who did not try to take advantage. He did not. He's respectful, charming and quick and he made car buying a stress free pleasure. If I didn't live in Texas now, I would buy my next car from him and you can not beat Jon Hall used cars. They are like new. Truly. More

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I spoke to multiple salesman and sales reps at the dealership over the phone over a several day period. The price of the car online was 42,000. I as I spoke to multiple salesman and sales reps at the dealership over the phone over a several day period. The price of the car online was 42,000. I asked what the price was if there was anything extra and over the phone they said no the website didn’t say anything about an extra charge either I drove all the way from Orlando to Daytona to drive the car. The first thing they told me was that there was a $4000 up charge and no one else ever mentioned this. These people are crooks, dishonest, disrespectful bad business people do not go there do yourself a favor. More

Apparently they want a guarantee that I would buy the overpriced Bold EUV in order to test drive it. I'm very disappointed that Matt at Jon Hall Used Cars Super Center that refused to let me test drive t overpriced Bold EUV in order to test drive it. I'm very disappointed that Matt at Jon Hall Used Cars Super Center that refused to let me test drive their over priced 2022 Bolt EUV today because I informed him that it was overpriced and the same year, model and trim with 1000 more miles on it is listed for 6k less in Gainesville Florida. Matt explained something about how valuable his sales associates time is and that while the sales associate is with me for the test drive he could miss other sales. As a manager myself, I would have found a way to make it happen. Have a manager or receptionist, heck, pull the janitorial staff to make it happen for a potential customer to give a test drive. Instead all I received was a refusal to let me test drive. This is horrible customer service. During the test drive, I might have changed my mind and purchased the car from this lot, I could have advised others what great customer service there is at this business. Unfortunately now I will be letting everyone know to avoid this dealership. More
