Since switching advisors to Adam Bailey, my service has been great. He anticipates my vehicles’ needs before I do. He also takes extra time on explaining things to me about my vehicle and ensure I understa been great. He anticipates my vehicles’ needs before I do. Everybody involved was extremely helpful and determined to get me in a car after my recent accident. Everybody stayed late and I left the dealership at 11, when they close at 9. Always friendly and helpful! Buying/leasing a car can become overwhelming, but Trevor was made the whole experience enjoyable. Explained all the specs and was honest about everything. By the time I got my car, the service department was closed and they were unable to clean my car. I came back the next day and Trevor kept me update on the status of my car and was a quick turn around. Extremely happy with my car and the customer service I received! More
