i bought a Honda from them in August. I drove it one day home to Goshen and the check engine light came on. I took it back next day. they said they put a new transmission in and now not e I drove it one day home to Goshen and the check engine light came on. I took it back next day. they said they put a new transmission in and now not even 6 months later I am having to put over $3000 in it. I even ask salesman about if I needed to buy an extended warranty , he told me no and that I have best possible coverage. Alan in service was not very nice saying that they already had to pay over $5000. to replace the transmission. so these issues aren't their problem. I bought this Honda so I had enough seating for all 5 of my grandkids, now I don't even feel safe driving it. I guess its ok to rip off people now days. I am very disappointed as I had spent all my $$ on a deposit for this More

The Service Department is very disorganized. Can't seem to track ordered parts. They had 2 weeks before my 1st appointment to get the part needed. Was told at the 2nd appointment that the part w Can't seem to track ordered parts. They had 2 weeks before my 1st appointment to get the part needed. Was told at the 2nd appointment that the part was still not in. After I returned home (45 minutes away), a 2nd service advisor informed me that it really was in. So, it took a 3rd trip there to get my battery cable. Curt sounded like a prerecorded message in speaking. He hardly listened to me and sent me on my way, when he could have done better research. When I returned that same day, he offered little remorse. Was given a free oil change and some gas, but that hardly makes up for the difficulties and unpleasantries. More

Appreciated the thoroughness of the initial assessment, and a very detailed plan for repairs. Took a few days longer than expected, and an update when it was two days beyond the expected date for service c and a very detailed plan for repairs.
