We honestly didn't plan on purchasing a car that evening, but he made the process so smooth that we felt very comfortable that we didn't need to shop around. Crystal did a great job explaining extended warranties, the benefit of prepaying for routine service and getting us set up on financing. They have even followed up since our purchase to make sure everything exceeded our expectations. We are very excited about our purchase and thankful for the excellent service they provided. More
