Everyone here is so nice and are not just trying to be the better dealership....I mean they want to sell you a car but won't shove one down your throat to make you buy it. I went to other dealerships in town but they seemed to be the only ones that didn't give me that feeling of being forced to buy something right then and there. Definitely the place to go if you want a great...and fun!...car shopping experience! I loved working with Joe but did talk with other dealers just passing by or seeing them with other customers and they all are great. More

From the moment you walk in to when you drive off in your new car, these guys have every aspect covered with professionalism, kindness and courtesy. These people are superb. I was very impressed. Buying a new car is usually an unpleasant experience as many people will attest to. It was years since I bought a new car and the last time the experience (at a different dealership) was unpleasant to say the least as was pretty much every one of my previous purchases at other dealerships. Just the thought of buying a car became something I dreaded, even hated . Now it's fun to buy a new car and I look forward to my next purchase at Taylor. In my opinion, these folks have totally redefined what buying a new card should be like. I was so happy with everything that I came back and bought a 2nd new car for my wife the following day. More

Noah was excellent on working with me for two nights after I got off work to help me find a new car. They are a great dealership in book. They took their time helping and figuring out the right vehicle for me. Great friendly car salesman even the guys behind the wall working on numbers. Craig was awesome as well, I know he did what he could do for me to help me leave with a new car. He even came and talked with me about the best options for my budget. I am very pleased with my new car (jeep patriot) that I love. I'm already telling my friends who are looking for a new car where to go and who to see. I will definitely be going back in the future!!! I would rate a 10 if possible. More

We managed to make a great deal on something I had previously thought was impossible. This Independence Day, I'll be the father to my first child and I needed to trade in my two seater convertible :(. Not only did John find me what I wanted which was located in Ohio, he managed to keep my payments where I needed them and my car arrived very quickly. Within a few short days I went from worrying wether or not I would have a car with a backseat to peeling out in my brand new (2013) black on black turbo mazdaspeed3. Just kidding about the peeling. I could go on about how my experience went, but to sum it up, if you're interested in buying a new or used car, here or out of state I'd give Taylor dodge and big John Crawford a try. I laughed the entire time and he offered me barbecue. What more does a guy need?! Thanks again for everything. I'll be sending everyone I can in effort to save headaches dealing with anyone else!
