Great experience: excellent staff, hassle-free atmosphere I had kicked around getting a Jeep for several months with horrible luck at other dealerships (unreliable staff who didn’t stand behind quotes, some n I had kicked around getting a Jeep for several months with horrible luck at other dealerships (unreliable staff who didn’t stand behind quotes, some not willing to negotiate but a week later dropped their price online, terrible customer service skills, etc..) I met Taylor’s salesman, Sergio, while waiting for a friend who was buying a vehicle from another salesman. We started chatting, I test drove a Jeep to kill time & he told me as I left he’d be back Tues to work out a price, (even tho he knew I wasn’t there to buy a car.) Tues morning he shot me a price, we negotiated via phone, and I drove back to sign papers and take it home. It was that easy. Excellent staff - Craig in Finance was thorough & knowledgable. I would recommend buying at Taylor, and would definitely return. More
