I went back to Taylor's because we had purchased a vehicle there previously and had gotten a good deal. Silver Lining What started off as an exciting day to purchase a new vehicle, took a bad turn when the truck we had driven 2.5 hours to see at another dealership did What started off as an exciting day to purchase a new vehicle, took a bad turn when the truck we had driven 2.5 hours to see at another dealership didn't show as represented. They were also unwilling to negotiate at all on our trade in. We had seen another truck at Taylor's on Cars.com and decided to just take a look as we had driven so far. To our surprise the truck was exactly what we wanted and lived up to their description. We worked with Alejandro, an exceptional young salesman, who managed to turn a disappointing day into an exceptional one. Joe the sales manager, took the time to talk with us, and forego the usual back and forth haggling on a purchase price. We ended up trading our vehicle for the perfect truck. Thank you to Alejandro and Joe for the personalized treatment and our silver lining. The next time we are looking for a new vehicle, we will gladly make the 2.5 hour drive to purchase from Taylor Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More
