vehicle came out with more damage then it had when I took it not sure if the fault is with service dept or the collision center, but the my experience was a nightmare. brought the additional damage to the attent not sure if the fault is with service dept or the collision center, but the my experience was a nightmare. brought the additional damage to the attention of the staff and was brushed off as the age of the veh, however the problem was not there until it was left with them. 👎 More

Collision center nightmare If your car is not a GM model I wouldn't recommend. Upon picking up my car I noticed that my bumper was off centered, my hood did not close properly a If your car is not a GM model I wouldn't recommend. Upon picking up my car I noticed that my bumper was off centered, my hood did not close properly and my adaptive headlamps were malfunctioning because of something they did incorrectly. I took it back the next day, they corrected the hood and bumper but stated I would have to take it to BMW for the malfunctioning headlamps cause they didn't have equipment to diagnose a BMW.. After driving my car on the highway just a few hrs after them correcting the hood and bumper I noticed my signal marker lights coming away from the front end and that my fog light cover was missing, So after spending over $4000 for repairs it's costing and additional $2400 to correct their errors More

Worse experience w any dealership I have been in the automotive and insurance claims industry for over 12 years. I moved to the Orlando area less then a year ago. Someone else hit my t I have been in the automotive and insurance claims industry for over 12 years. I moved to the Orlando area less then a year ago. Someone else hit my truck. So I went to a GMC dealership since I have a 2017 GMC. There is no chance I would ever recommend anyone to go to this dealership for body or service work. There were so many issues.... 1. It took over 3 weeks to get my truck fixed. 2. The representative that started to help me quit and I was never called and updated on my truck I had to call multiple times just to get a response. 3. The work that was done to my truck was a C- level work at best! I worked at a dealership so I know what I am actually looking for. 4. The management told me I could not take my own truck until I paid the balance that insurance had to pay. So my truck after 3 weeks cost me additional $250 because the staff didn’t do there job and fight for the customer. 5. I had to point out bubbles, body lines didnt line up (2 different times I pointed them out) I will end taking my truck to another GMC Dealership that has quality team to fix what is still not lining up correctly. And I will send this bill to this dealership and hopefully they pay that. More

Orange Buick Dealership - Great job on my 2013 Yukon XL Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was hit by a 22 year old at a red light in Tampa Florida, and the back-end of my 2013 GMC XL Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was hit by a 22 year old at a red light in Tampa Florida, and the back-end of my 2013 GMC XL had to be replaced. The initial parts that were sent to the dealership did not work out for some reason, or didn't fit, so they had to order new parts. My car was at the dealership for 4 weeks all together, but the end result was AWESOME and worth the wait! I did not use a rental car, but preferred using my other GMC. I really liked the fact the GMC dealership drove me back home and also picked me up on the day my car was ready, as my family lives out of state and out of country, this way I did not have to hire a taxi. I highly recommend Orange Buick Dealership and Repair Shop for their extraordinary and friendly service. I am buying all my future cars from them - God bless Elaine S.
