Colton simply asked what we wanted, checked to see what they had in stock, and helped us find what we wanted. Very professional and nice. Run of the mill 'tower' man. Typical downplay on car value, though not insultingly so. The financial staff member, in my opinion, heavily embellished threats to vehicle health when trying to sell protection packages. When declining the package, however, there was no overbearing attempts to persuade which is appreciated. More
