Sales wise they are easy to deal with. Service wise they suck xxx. You wait atleast a month for an appointment only to get there and find out it will still be days before they even look at Service wise they suck xxx. You wait atleast a month for an appointment only to get there and find out it will still be days before they even look at your car. What is the appointment for? Who knows? They don't. Now all that might be bearable if they supplied a loaner car, but they don't. Atleast not if your lease is a Ford. If you got the more expensive Lincoln they will take care of you. They suck and they don't return messages letting them know they suck. More

It took many weeks to get my car repaired - the sunroof was leaking. At first I was told that it needed maintenance but it leaked a week after the maintenance. The first 2 weeks there was no loaner car ava was leaking. At first I was told that it needed maintenance but it leaked a week after the maintenance.
