Unfortunately, the last service rendered was inappropriate. It has something to do with my 2023 Lincoln Nautilus which until now remained unresolved.I was told by technician and service advisor inappropriate. It has something to do with my 2023 Lincoln Nautilus which until now remained unresolved.I was told by technician and service advisor that GPS antena needed to be replaced.I complained I wasn't getting correct Navigation.i was told Antenna needs to be changed and order was placed on Feb.12,2026.Apparently, up to this date, there was no follow-up, no calls from John, the service advisor so, until now the issue was not resolved.I just hope proper action should be done very soon.Would that take 2 months to deliver the parts or was it due to negligence of your Service Advisor who took responsibility of the order.Need explanation and Solution to this problem.GPS is utmost important to us especially long driving.
