The service department staff explained what was necessary to keep my car runnin I brought my car in for the 30000 miles factory required maintenance. The service department staff explained what was necessary to keep my car running smoothly. The service was completed in a timely manner and the service representative listened to my concerns and provided helpful tips on safe and preventive maintenance. While waiting on my car. I was able to relax in the dealership comfortable waiting room and enjoy a cup of coffee. When the services was completed, my car was washed. Family Hyundai provides topnotches customer service. More

The service was very very slow. Unacceptable length of time The shop was empty with only one customer in the waiting area. Yet, 90 minutes for an oil change? Ridiculous.
