the worst service manager I ever met! your service manager is very rude! I filled a complaint with hyundai and I wanted to talk to ther owner and the sales manager called me and nothing wa your service manager is very rude! I filled a complaint with hyundai and I wanted to talk to ther owner and the sales manager called me and nothing was done. and to top it off my check engine light came on again. I took it to another dealership. I will never come back there again! what you could do is make Colin your service manager! He knows how to deal with people and he diffused the situation and he made sure that I was taken care of. also check your video footage of the day I wad there and you can set how awful your manager treated me! I would not want that person representing my company. I Errol also let everyone I know beware of your service manager! More

Delay Delay Delay Had an appointment for mud guards which where to be installed at my previous appointment, however, they were not available. I set another appointment Had an appointment for mud guards which where to be installed at my previous appointment, however, they were not available. I set another appointment once I received a call they were available. My vehicle was brought out to me 2 hours after I arrived and myself and the service representative Collin did not see where anything was done to the vehicle. Later we found out the service technician put on a deflector instead of the mud guards. Collin was very apologetic and said he would get the mud guards put on asap. After another hour and a half the vehicle was brought out with both front and rear mud guards and I had to pay $116! It took over 3 hours to get mud guards installed when I had an appointment! I do have to say Collin did an excellent job of talking me down and if not for him I would not be a Family Hyundai customer. When I asked the managers in the offices all they had to say is service was closed the last 2 days and they're backed up and just be patient. Thanks management at Family Hyundai. More

Friendly & fast It was the weekend before Christmas 2018. I was there for an annual oil change and tire rotation. Being a caregiver for two elderly parents they finis It was the weekend before Christmas 2018. I was there for an annual oil change and tire rotation. Being a caregiver for two elderly parents they finished quicker than I thought . I had to get home to make sure the coverage for my parents got home in time. It was only a matter of time before Bill Stechly callled my name and said "All done!". More

They let me sleep I was overdue on my oil change and raced out to get it done right after working 13 hours. Colin wanted to let me sleep but it was almost impossible.
